If you have not read thru our POLICIES , please do so now.

 

We’ll ask for your social dates at the start of each semester. This allows us to start the process of having our photographers reserve certain busy weekends for shooting. If you only have a date, but little or no additional information, CLICK HERE to send the dates to us so we can mark our calendar. We will follow up and prompt you for more complete information about 10 days before each event. Regardless, when you have most or all of the information needed to complete the BOOKING REQUEST (below), go ahead and submit the information.

TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS... assigning a photographer, posting pics to our website, and printing pics with correct titles - we must have the following information at least a week in advance.  Follow these steps...  

 

STEP #1: Decide on the Party Pic TITLE
Feel free to be creative & enter desired title EXACTLY as it should appear  
Please double check your spelling and punctuation!

  • Your national crest appears on the left side of title by default.  If you desire anything different - or as in the case of a mixer, you might wish to have a 2nd crest appear on the right side, just please mention that in special comments below.


     STEP #2: Essential facts we need to know

This is typically when our photographer arrives. While an event may have a nominal 9PM start time, we rarely start shooting before 10PM simply because a crowd of about 100 people is required to get started. Our photographers will shoot 1 to 2 hours depending on the group's enthusiasm and the busier you keep them - the longer they will stay.

For OFF-campus events, when and where the buses will depart/return. We may need to have our photographer ride along.
